PREMIUM-E is a modular, floor-standing electrical panel system developed for low-voltage power distribution and switching applications. With options for both indoor and outdoor use, it is suitable for industrial facilities, power plants, infrastructure projects, and commercial buildings.
PREMIUM-E panels have been developed based on the IEC 60439-1 and IEC 61439-2 standards. They also undergo seismic and vibration testing in accordance with IEC 60068-3-3.
The PREMIUM-E switchboard system offers an operating current of up to 4000 A. The busbar short-time withstand current can reach up to 80 kA, and the busbar peak withstand current up to 176 kA. Precise electrical ratings must be determined based on the selected switchboard configuration.
PREMIUM-E panels offer mounting options compatible with switchgear products from ABB, Legrand, Eaton, Schneider Electric, and Siemens. Circuit breakers from various brands and with different mounting types can be installed in the panel system using the necessary accessories.
PREMIUM-E enclosures can be configured with widths of 300–1200 mm, depths of 400–1000 mm, and heights of 1400–2200 mm. Protection class options up to IP31, IP43, and IP55 are available. Requirements for greater depths can be met using dual-module systems.
Yes. The PREMIUM-E enclosure system can be configured for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor applications, the appropriate configuration must be selected by taking into account the IP protection rating as well as conditions regarding temperature, humidity, precipitation, dust, and corrosion.
PREMIUM-E panels can be used in energy generation and distribution facilities, solar and wind power plants, factories, airports, ports, hospitals, hotels, shopping centers, data centers, railway projects, and marine facilities.
When selecting the panel, factors such as operating current, voltage, short-circuit withstand rating, IP protection class, enclosure dimensions, operating environment, compartmentalization level, and the switchgear components to be used must be evaluated. The appropriate PREMIUM-E configuration should be determined based on the project’s single-line diagram and technical specifications.
