GVD began its commercial operations in 2003 as a panel assembly company and has successfully achieved its objectives.
Recognizing the importance of certification and quality right from its inception, the company undertook initiatives to certify its products. It launched export activities in 2005 after obtaining the GOST-R certification—essential for the Russian market—and successfully completing projects in the region.
In 2007, the company invested in high-cost machinery with the aim of manufacturing its own panels under the GVD brand. The following year, maintaining the same commitment to certification standards, it certified its GVD-branded panels (4000A, 80kA, Form 4B) through Type Testing and ISO standards, and made its first international sale of its own brand’s empty enclosure systems.
In 2011, GVD expanded its manufacturing facilities to begin producing Turkey’s first domestically manufactured, fully withdrawable MCC panels, while also integrating ERP and MRP systems into its management and production processes.
In 2012, the company invested in a roll-forming line; as a result of R&D efforts, it began producing a specially designed, enclosed-type profile featuring 27 bends. This structure enhanced the durability and strength of GVD-branded products, allowing the IP rating to be upgraded from IP55 to IP65. To validate these advancements, the company obtained Type Test certifications and internal arc test results for its standard fixed-type and withdrawable panels from the KEMA laboratory in the Netherlands, and completed seismic testing at the Virlab laboratory in Spain.
Today, GVD exports its own branded products to over sixty countries, delivering high-quality solutions at competitive prices and fostering long-term collaborations built on trust and customer satisfaction.

Our production facility is equipped with a roll-forming line, CNC punching equipment, two bending machines, a gasket manufacturing unit, a packaging machine, and a paint shop.
