Our company was established in 2003 and operates in Istanbul on a 3,200 m² site.

GVD is a family-oriented business with four shareholders. Our organizational chart encompasses all our employees, ranging from senior executives to technical coordinators and sales managers. Our team consists of 50 expert staff members.

Our production facility features a roll-forming line, CNC punching, bending and twisting machines, a gasket maker, a packaging machine, and a painting line.

  Premium-X and Premium-E are compatible with ABB, Schneider, and Siemens switchgear products. Suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting, they ensure seamless integration into various projects.
  • Both models are available in depths of 400, 600, 800, and 1000 mm.
  • They comply with IP31, IP43, and IP55 protection ratings.
  • They hold certifications for Internal Arc Resistance, Seismic Testing, IP ratings, Gost-R, CE, TSE, and ISO.
• Differences:
  Premium-X features a 27-fold frame that offers superior durability and supports protection ratings up to IP65. Premium-E, on the other hand, is a cost-effective solution featuring a 5-fold frame.

• Profile Durability: Premium-X is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel and finished in RAL 7035. Its 27-fold frame design ensures maximum durability and rigidity.
• Advantages:
  • Protection class options available up to IP31, IP43, IP55, and IP65.
  • Minimum thickness, maximum durability: The 1.2 mm thickness offers greater resistance to horizontal and vertical forces than 2 mm frames.
  • DIN Standard compliant: Features a 25 mm hole center spacing.

GVD insulators offer solutions suitable for any project, featuring designs that ensure durability, safety, and ease of use.
Manufactured in GVD’s own facilities, these insulators provide high mechanical strength and excellent insulation properties. Our products hold IEC type-test certification and comply with international quality standards.

Yes, we can provide sample panels for promotional purposes. The sample is offered solely at the cost of production and is prepared upon request.

GVD generally supplies its products fully assembled. However, flat-pack (unassembled) delivery is also possible upon customer request.
